Grosvenor Park Intelligent Investments Ltd (GPII) act as Investment Brokers and receive a fee from the developer or investment company when GPII recommend clients to them that lead to an investment completing.

We must stress that although we get paid by the developer/investment company, everything we do is in the interest of our clients. At no point are we biased towards a particular investment due to its remuneration. Every investment must stand up on its own merits and go through our Due Diligence process before it is offered to our clients.

If GPII is involved with any investment outside of its normal role as a broker, then this will be made very clear upfront.
