Director

After starting his career in corporate hospitality spanning over 10 years and working for companies such as IBM and Fujitsu, Nick moved on to start his own business and also expand his personal property portfolio. Dealing in the UK market then overseas since the early 90’s have given Nick vast experience in investment property and now heads up the group of Grosvenor Park companies driving the business forward on a day-to-day basis.

Director

John has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the financial and property sectors. He started his career with Barclays Bank in 1988 and subsequently worked as an insurance and investment adviser with Lincoln Financial and then J. Rothschild Assurance. He is a fully qualified financial adviser and has passed his financial planning certificate and holds the mortgage advisory qualification.
 
He now specialises in helping his clients make the most of their underperforming pensions by transferring them into the Alternative Investment Markets via a SIPP –Self Invested Personal Pension Plan.
 
As a co director and owner of the Grosvenor Park Group of companies, John is passionate about not only making the company a great firm to do business with, but also a great company to work for.

Partner

Henrietta is the Partner responsible for heading up the South East team and also the Top Adviser here at Grosvenor Park. She has spent 15 years in Financial Services working for NatWest, Bristol and West and the last 7 years owned her own company trading as The Money Centre, which was the largest independent Buy to Let and Commercial Finance brokerage in the UK. Her wealth of knowledge and experience, coupled with an honest and relaxed approach mean that Henrietta’s time is spent solely seeing referrals from her happy and loyal customer base.

Partner

Mark has spent the past 15 years building a substantial and successful property portfolio located predominantly in the UK. It was his passion for and understanding of property investment that inspired him to become a Commercial Finance Broker in 2001. During the years that followed his company TMC Corporate Finance Ltd t/a The Money Centre became one of the most successful buy to let brokers in the UK.

It was Mark’s proven and award winning track record within the finance and property industry which first brought him to the attention of the Grosvenor Park Group where his investment skills, drive and business acumen led to him becoming a Partner in 2009.

Consultant

After graduating in Business Studies, Chris worked as a Business Analyst
for BASF plc and as a Management Accountant for Stagecoach plc.

He then started his career in financial services in 1997 as a financial
adviser with Friends Provident plc, before setting up his own very
successful independent financial advisory business in 2000.

Chris is a fully qualified financial adviser and in addition has
achieved both the mortgage advisory and equity release qualifications.

Outside of financial services, Chris stood as a political candidate in
the 2010 General Election in Crawley, increasing the number of votes
received by 50%. He is also an active Parent Governor at his local Primary School.

Partner

Having worked within the Real estate sector for the past 25 years, Nick has the experience to be able to guide clients through the property purchase and investment process. Diverse roles spanning site visits to potential resorts prior to developer purchase through to resort completion have been part of the remit fulfilled during this time.

Married, and father of three his time is often spent away from the family home in Spain, advising clients in the UK and further afield on how to create income producing portfolios of Investment properties. As a Partner within the Grosvenor Park Group, Nick has a full understanding of time management, creative investment opportunities and happily brings this experience when assisting his clients to achieve their own individual goals. When not working Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, as well as escaping to the local golf course where he plays off 16 – you may catch him on the ‘Tee’ sometime in The Caribbean or Spain, where Nick owns property as he firmly believes in investing on all projects that he recommends to his clients.

Consultant

Scott’s career started in the legal world, working as an executive for a London based law firm. In 2000 Scott had a change of career and joined Eastbourne Vauxhall where he worked for seven years, specialising in tax-free sales to the UK armed forces in Germany. In 2007 Scott retrained and became CeMap qualified, working for a short space of time as a mortgage broker before joining Grosvenor Park as a consultant. His experience in the UK buy to let market has put him in good stead to advise new clients on alternative property investments.

Administrator

Melinda trained as a dancer for many years gaining a National Diploma. She then went on to undertake a career in customer services and has now chosen to pursue her career with Grosvenor Park in 2009. Melinda primarily works on reception and helps with the day-to-day running of the office and administration.

Consultant

Rohan Lawrence is an experienced qualified Financial Adviser (Cert.PFS). He set up his own brokerage firm in the city of London in 1994 and managed a portfolio of private clients and small businesses offering his exceptional service and advice. Rohan has also built up and manages a successful events firm, which has been running for numerous years.

Rohan has continued to further his professional studies, becoming a member and studying toward Certified Financial Planner Certification. With his experience as an Independent Financial Advisor and through building business relationships, Rohan has the ability to spot good investment opportunities for new and existing clientèle. He looks forward to expanding on this whilst working with Grosvenor Park.

Consultant

Richard, employed as a Consultant, started his own telecommunications company at the young age of 16, dealing in all aspects of mobile communication on a retail level. The business developed into the import and export market realising research and networking within the far east, namely China and Thailand. After several years, Richard moved into the financial arena by working for a private equity firm as an Account Manager where he gained a wide knowledge of financial products and strategies which he has used to build a portfolio of successful investments. Richard is also the Managing Director of a exclusive, lady's only, health and beauty centre.
