At Grosvenor Park International we only promote market-leading investments. We have a strict criteria on what constitutes as a good investment. Each development has to offer an easy entry level, a guaranteed rental return, above average capital growth and most importantly a good exit strategy. 99 out of 100 investments do not meet our criteria, but for that 1% that does, its “market leading”.

At this point we start our due diligence, we credit check the developer, ask for their financial accounts, get our international lawyers to check over their contracts and interview the main directors. Once we are completely satisfied, we give the development the ‘Grosvenor Park seal of approval’. At this stage we normally purchase ourselves before we offer the investment to our clients.

What our clients get is a first class investment for the discerning investor.
